Construction & Demolition Debris Removal

Construction & Demolition Debris Removal in Kansas City

Delivered across Kansas City, Overland Park, Independence, Lee’s Summit, Olathe, and Blue Springs. One flat rate with disposal included, the right size for your project, and the same dispatch that quotes the job schedules the drop and the haul-off.

Construction & Demolition Debris Removal pricing: We quote one flat rate that includes drop-off, pickup, and disposal up to the container’s tonnage allowance, so the number on the phone is the number on the invoice. The only things that move it are tonnage over the allowance, extra days past the 7-day window, and a city street permit, all quoted before you book.

What we cover

How a dumpster rental works

Call or text and we size the container and quote the flat rate on the spot. We confirm where the box is going, flag any street permit, and book a same-day or next-day drop-off window. The driver places the container to protect your driveway and sets it where you can load it easily. You fill it on your schedule over the standard 7-day rental, then call when you are done or let it run to the scheduled pickup, and we haul it to a permitted transfer station or landfill. The disposal is already in the flat rate.

Common questions

How long does delivery and pickup take?

The drop and the haul-off each take just a few minutes once the truck is on site. We give you a delivery window when you book, same-day or next-day on most orders, and we call ahead so you know the driver is coming. Pickup happens at the end of the 7-day rental or sooner if you call when you finish early.

Can I extend the rental if my project runs long?

Yes. The standard rental is 7 days, and extra days usually run about $10 to $20 a day. Just call before the scheduled pickup and we will extend it. If you finish early instead, call and we will haul it sooner at no extra charge.

What happens if I go over the weight limit?

Each container has a tonnage allowance built into the flat rate. If your load goes over, the extra weight is billed at a posted per-ton rate, usually $50 to $90 a ton, that we quote before you book. Dense debris like concrete and dirt is what usually pushes a load over, so we help you pick a size that keeps you inside the allowance.

Do you offer contractor and repeat accounts?

Yes - swap-out service, same-day haul on the larger sizes, and billing set up across multiple drops for contractors, roofers, remodelers, and property managers. We keep containers cycling so your crew never waits on a box, and we can dedicate a heavy-debris container to keep concrete and shingles under weight limits.

What forms of payment do you take?

All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, contactless tap, and cash. You confirm the flat rate at booking, and any overage tonnage or extra days are added at the posted rates we quoted up front. Contractor accounts can be invoiced.

What if I need to reschedule the drop-off?

No charge to reschedule before the truck is dispatched - just give us a heads up. We will work with your window, including the Saturday slots that fit around a weekend project, within our Monday to Saturday hours.
